Training Program for Schools
Child Behaviour Consultants offers comprehensive Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) training for schools in South Africa and abroad, empowering educators to support children with autism and learning difficulties.
Inspired by leading special needs school, Newberry Park, our programmes are led by Board Certified Behaviour Analysts.
We deliver special needs teacher training that transforms classrooms into inclusive, nurturing spaces.
We equip educators with expertise in ABA, covering techniques like prompting, fading, reinforcement, and behaviour management.
Training programs for parents
We offer a training program for parents who are struggling with problem behaviour and language at home.
Our Balance Program is a parent-implemented therapy model, designed to build tolerance and cooperation in young children (especially those with autism) by balancing preferred, fun activities with learning challenging daily living skills, taught by a BCBA coaching parents to systematically introduce situations that trigger problem behaviours, helping kids learn calm, appropriate responses (like saying “okay” to “no”).
It aims to prevent escalation of early problem behaviors, making routines smoother.
Our supervision programmes offer ongoing mentorship, helping educators implement special needs classroom support in South Africa with confidence and precision.
We set up our supervision programs for people looking to pursue their RBT, BCBA, BCaBA or Qaba qualifications. We also offer assistance on how to design currciulums and problem solve problem-behaviour.
- We also offer consultation advice or goal review to clients who are currently with an external ABA company.
